• 270g Freshly milled oats kernels
  • 300ml steam distilled water
  • 3 x scoop Chocolate whey protein powder ( Solgar)
  • 150-200g Natural (unsweetened) peanut butter (use less if preferred )
  • 4 -6 tablespoon Raw (pure, unsweetened) cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons raw honey / maple syrup
  • 10ml vanilla essence
  • Desiccated coconut for garnishing


  • Cook the oats in the water 2-3 minute until stiff Must have a thick consistency
  • Remove from heat and mix all the rest of the ingredients together
  • Form a truffle shape ball
  • Roll the truffle in the coconut
  • Enjoy
