Dr Gerrie’s High Protein Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Truffles

Ingredients:
- 270g Freshly milled oats kernels
- 300ml steam distilled water
- 3 x scoop Chocolate whey protein powder ( Solgar)
- 150-200g Natural (unsweetened) peanut butter (use less if preferred )
- 4 -6 tablespoon Raw (pure, unsweetened) cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons raw honey / maple syrup
- 10ml vanilla essence
- Desiccated coconut for garnishing
Directions:
- Cook the oats in the water 2-3 minute until stiff Must have a thick consistency
- Remove from heat and mix all the rest of the ingredients together
- Form a truffle shape ball
- Roll the truffle in the coconut
- Enjoy
